Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Parker Griffin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Daniel Tosh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tosh has chosen Big Ass Bear as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Daniel Tosh is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Griffin leaves Tosh with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Tosh looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Griffin is fending him off so far but Tosh persists. Nope, Griffin circles away and we're back to standing.
Griffin throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.

Griffin sizes up Tosh with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Parker Griffin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Daniel Tosh.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Tosh closes the distance and clinches up with Griffin, looking for a takedown. Tosh pushes Griffin against the cage but Griffin circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Tosh with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Griffin to score with a decent uppercut.

Griffin tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Tosh manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Griffin walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Tosh checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Griffin lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Tosh throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Griffin's waist but Griffin gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Tosh off to one side.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
