Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cory Snider (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stinky Bastid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Snider lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Snider throws a wild body kick that Bastid sees coming a mile off.
No luck for Bastid with that takedown attempt.
A nice leg kick lands there from Snider.

Snider throws a series of punches but Bastid moves out of range.

Snider throws a right and a left that both miss.
Snider will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Bastid chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Snider can pounce on him.
Snider throws a right hand that Bastid ducks under and follows up with a left that Bastid also avoids with ease.

The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Bastid decides to stand up, so the ref orders Snider to his feet.

Bastid shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Snider's guard.

Bastid goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Snider turns into him and now he's in Bastid's guard.
Bastid pulls Snider in close to prevent any damage.
Snider wants to stand and escape but instead Bastid has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Bastid tightens his grip and picks Snider up, before dumping him to the ground. Snider manages to land in guard.

Bastid has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Snider regains guard immediately.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Bastid slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Bastid drives through and clinches with Snider against the cage.

Bastid breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Bastid stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Snider.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Bastid is on top in guard.

Let's hope that Bastid has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Stinky Bastid showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Snider is in a horrible position here. Bastid smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.

Bastid lands a big shot there that rocks Snider but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Bastid is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Snider to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Snider shrugs it off.

Bastid jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Snider manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Bastid feints and as Snider raises his hands in defense, Bastid changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Snider goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
