Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mikael Eriksson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kuba Eliasz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Eriksson comes to the cage accompanied by Nonpoint - In the Air Tonight. Eliasz has chosen Ortega as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. On his way into the cage it seems that Mikael Eriksson has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Mikael Eriksson seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Paulsen Ambrosius and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eriksson shoots in for a takedown but Eliasz shows good takedown defense.
Eriksson tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Horrible takedown by Eriksson or perhaps it was just good defense by Eliasz which made him look bad.
Eliasz lands with a straight right. Eriksson didn't see that one coming.
Eliasz scores with the left hand. Eriksson knows he should have avoided that one.
Eriksson shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Eliasz sprawls well. Eliasz wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Eriksson gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mikael Eriksson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Eliasz drives through and clinches with Eriksson against the cage.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Eliasz gets control of Eriksson's arms and successfully pulls guard. Eliasz will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Eriksson throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Eriksson is pushing down on Eliasz's leg trying to pass to half guard. Eliasz is fighting to maintain full guard but Eriksson has managed to sneak the leg through.

Eliasz looks like he's trying to stand up.
Eriksson seems to be looking for submissions.
Eriksson looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Eriksson wants to advance to full mount but Eliasz doesn't think that's going to happen and regains full guard instead.

Eliasz is looking to sweep but instead, Eriksson has passed into half guard.

Eliasz is looking to escape.
Eriksson is working for a kimura but Eliasz is defending it quite comfortably.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Eliasz tries to roll over but Eriksson keeps him under control.
Eliasz really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Eriksson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Eriksson is working for a kimura but Eliasz is defending it quite comfortably.
Eriksson is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Eliasz is just riding it out for now. Eriksson eventually gives up the hold.
