Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Jack Jackson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Norman Steel!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Colin Fotheringham and James Ackerman.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson wants to clinch but Steel slips to the side
and Steel counters with a nice body shot.
Jackson thows a body shot but no joy.
A head kick misses from Jackson.
Steel pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Jackson back to the cage. Steel follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Jackson takes a shot to the body in his stride.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Steel moves into range and clinches up with Jackson.

Steel manages to break the clinch.
Jackson on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Steel scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Steel throws a head kick that misses.
The fight stays on the outside here - Jackson looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Steel pushes Jackson up against the cage in a clinch.
Jackson is looking to break free of the clinch but Steel has double underhooks.

Steel's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Steel scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Norman Steel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The fight stays on the outside here - Jackson looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Steel thumps Jackson with a low kick.
Jackson is breathing heavily.
Jackson takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Jackson with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Steel to score with a decent uppercut.

Steel darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Steel lands with a punch from half guard.
Ground and pound from Steel.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Steel connects with a nice short shot to Jackson's temple.
Nice strikes from Steel there.
Steel has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Jackson on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Jackson has hold of Steel's hands but Steel slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Steel lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

Steel is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Steel lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Steel landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.

Steel has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Jackson defend it? Steel steps over the head and cranks it - Jackson is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Steel!
