Damon kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Dies Irae. Ron Damon has the better chin. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Experiencia wants to clinch
and Damon counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
The fight stays on the outside here - Experiencia looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Experiencia avoids the head kick by Damon.
Experiencia moves out of range as Damon throws a body kick.
Experiencia swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Damon walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Damon tries to move into range but Experiencia moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Experiencia throws a series of punches but Damon avoids them all with ease.
Damon tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Experiencia is able to avoid easily.
Experiencia slips a jab from Damon.
Damon looks to throw the jab but Experiencia is out of range.
Damon attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Damon connects with a crisp jab.
Experiencia scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Damon doesn't seem bothered though.
Experiencia connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Damon's hands.

Experiencia has closed the distance and engaged Damon in a clinch.
Experiencia lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Experiencia tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Damon trying to control the position but instead, Experiencia has worked for underhooks and has pushed Damon into the cage.

Experiencia fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Experiencia lands a body punch in the clinch.
Experiencia jumps guard but Damon turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Experiencia gets control of Damon's arms and successfully pulls guard. Experiencia will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Experiencia keeping moving, preventing Damon from controlling successfully.

Experiencia throws his legs up looking for a submission but Damon uses it to pass to side control.

After the fight, Ron Damon was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
