Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Gray Maynard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joey Diamond (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Maynard kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Kickstart. Diamond has chosen Youth Gone Wild- Skid Row as his entrance music. Gray Maynard is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diamond shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Maynard manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Maynard is pulling down on Diamond's head. It's preventing any offense from Diamond, at least for the moment.
Maynard looking to hit a scissor sweep but Diamond is one step ahead there.
Diamond seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
