Nice jab there from Syrovatkin.
Syrovatkin tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Kerr was well out of range. Poor timing from Syrovatkin.
Syrovatkin thows a left - swing and a miss!
Kerr fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Kerr shoots for a takedown but Syrovatkin saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
A big left from Syrovatkin misses.
Syrovatkin throws a lazy uppercut
and Kerr counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Syrovatkin lands the left hand.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Kerr.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Wayne Kerr. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Kerr glances at the clock... BAM! Syrovatkin nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Kerr crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Kerr is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
