The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
bananasplits drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
bananasplits wants to pass the guard but Romanelli is keeping the position.
bananasplits postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Romanelli is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of bananasplits, into his guard.
bananasplits had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Romanelli is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. bananasplits Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Romanelli's back instead.

Romanelli is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get bananasplits off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted.
