Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Leo Hades (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gary Hopper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hades comes to the cage accompanied by yeah baby. Gary Hopper will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Leo Hades!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Gary Hopper!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Colin Fotheringham and Daniel Bishop.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hopper walks into a straight right hand from Hades.
Nice sprawl there from Hades as Hopper shoots in.
Hades tries to work over Hopper's front leg with a kick but Hopper checks it.
Hopper scores with a head kick. Hades tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hades tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Hopper is able to avoid easily.
Hopper avoids the body shot from Hades.
Hades tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Leo Hades seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hades throws a shot from downtown. Hopper moves away and avoids it.

Hopper moves into the clinch.
Hades is trying to break free.
Hades blocks a body shot from Hopper.
Hopper lands with a right to the head.

Hopper ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Hopper no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Hades wants to stand but Hopper is controlling his posture from full guard.

Hades got a little sloppy there for a moment and Hopper has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Hades has managed to get both his arms back between Hopper's legs - danger averted.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Hopper is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Hades tries to break free but Hopper pushes him back against the cage.
Hopper is trying to drag Hades to the mat but Hades just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Hopper is trying to pull guard but Hades turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Leo Hades has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gary Hopper.
Hopper is looking to take this one to the mat.
Hades tries to break free but Hopper pushes him back against the cage.
Hopper keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Hades's efforts to push away.
Hades tries to break the clinch but Hopper is controlling the position.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Hopper jumps guard.
Hopper wants to sweep but no luck.
Hopper lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Hades!
You get the feeling that Hades really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Hades is trying to stand but he's not in a good position to be doing that! Hopper has taken his back!
Hades has the hand control, trying to stop the rear naked choke.
Hades is breathing heavily.
Hades knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hopper on the ground.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Hades staying busy and making it hard for Hopper to control.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Hades fending off the submission attempt from Hopper.
Hades controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position.

Hades is staying cool under pressure, defending well against the rear naked choke attempt from his opponent.
Hopper throwing lazy shots from the back mount that aren't doing any damage.

Hopper working for a choke but Hades is defending well.
Hades controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
What can Hades do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
Hades is trying to get back to his feet but Hopper has full control of the position and if anything, Hades has just worked his way into a worse spot.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hopper has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Hades's body.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Hades covers up after that shot from Hopper.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Gary Hopper dominated that round.
That's time! Hades's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Hopper slips under a jab from Hades.
Hades throws a hook to the side of Hopper's head but Hopper sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Hades throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
A telegraphed right hand from Hades misses the target.

Hopper feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Hades can't keep his opponent in guard - Hopper advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Hopper working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Hopper is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Hopper trying to control but Hades is having none of it.

Hopper stands up from mount. Strange move.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hades with a nice cross.
Hopper fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Hopper is breathing heavily.
Hopper tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Hades waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Hopper.
Hades rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Hopper counters with a three punch combo that has Hades backing up. Hades nods at Hopper to acknowledge the strikes.
Hades misses with an uppercut.
Gary Hopper is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Hades throws a nice looking combination but Hopper bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Hopper closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hades is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Hopper has just dragged him back down to the mat.
Hades misses with an elbow from the bottom.
Hopper trying to control the position but Hades is working away.
Gary Hopper has got the better of the ground game so far.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Hopper stands up and beckons Hades to his feet.
Hades moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Hopper takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
The fighters circling - Hades throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Hades swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Hopper shoots in and drives through. Hades sprawls well.
Hades connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Hopper's hands.
Hopper shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Hades connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Hopper momentarily.
Hades waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Hopper.
A right-left combo lands from Hades.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Hopper dodges the punch combination from Hades.
Hopper shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Hades but Hades pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Leo Hades has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gary Hopper.
Hopper tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Hades throws a body kick that misses.
Hopper moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Hopper looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Hades is fending him off so far but Hopper persists. Nope, Hades circles away and we're back to standing.
Hades feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Hoppers jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Hades thuds a left hand into Hopper's body.
Hopper takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Hades misses with a straight left.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Hopper tries for a takedown but Hades sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Hades throws a lazy uppercut
and Hopper counters with a two punch combo.
Hades swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Hopper moves into range and clinches up with Hades.
Hades tries to break the clinch but Hopper is controlling the position.
Hopper lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Hades wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hopper keeps control of Hades as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Hades prevents a takedown attempt there.

Hades breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Leo Hades dominated that second round.
That's time! Hades's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!


Hopper needs to keep his hands up - Hades had a free shot at his head there.
Hopper on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Hopper wants to clinch up but Hades keeps it at a distance.
Hades drops Hopper with a huge uppercut! Hopper drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Hades is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:19 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Leo Hades!
