Bush comes to the cage accompanied by Taking a Life. Leopoldo has chosen Halleljuah Chorus as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leopoldo moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Bush avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Bush looks for the body kick but Leopoldo saw that one coming.
Leopoldo tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Leopoldo dives in and grabs Bush's left leg, looking for a takedown. Bush pushes down on Leopoldo's head and hops out.
The fighters circling - Leopoldo throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Leopoldo pushes Bush back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Leopoldo lands with a short head shot on the inside.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Leopoldo just misses with a elbow thrown towards Bush's brow.

Bush is fighting off a takedown attempt but Leopoldo is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Bush to the mat. Bush regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Leopoldo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bush swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Bush looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Leopoldo wants to pass the guard but Bush is keeping the position.

Leopoldo postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Bush is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Leopoldo, into his guard.
Leopoldo is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Leopoldo is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Bush is aware though and is defending well.
Bush wants to stand and escape but instead Leopoldo has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Leopoldo slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Leopoldo moves into full mount!
Bush knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Leopoldo on the ground.
Leopoldo lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Bush hang on?

Bush uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Leopoldo.

Leopoldo jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.

Jeez, Harry Bush's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
Bush throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Atilla Leopoldo seems to be getting the better of the standup.
