Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shank Flabbott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kiliti Mafi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Flabbott might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Master P Ft.Silkk The Shocker - Bout Dat . Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kiliti Mafi!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Matti Vanhoillinen and Johanna Lukiainen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mafi tries to keep at a distance but Flabbott has taken the fight into the clinch.
Mafi tries to circle away but Flabbott has him pinned against the ropes.
Flabbott fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

Flabbott has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Mafi regains guard immediately.
Flabbott in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Flabbott stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Mafi swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Mafi is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Flabbott is aware though and is defending well.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Mafi wants to stand and escape but Flabbott is having none of it.

Mafi escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Flabbott gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Mafi has his foot on Flabbott's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Flabbott works his way back into a safe position though.
