Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Evan White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Savio Filho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Filho has chosen Give it away as his entrance music. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Evan White!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Savio Filho!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Hugh Johnson and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Filho uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
White closes this distance looking for a takedown but Filho circles away.
Filho fakes high and swings low for a body shot but White manages to avoid it.
Filho stuffs the takedown.
White closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Filho throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Some wild striking there from Filho.
Filho throws a hook to the side of White's head but White sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
White gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
This has been an exciting period of action!
White uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Filho.
Filho feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends White sprawling to the canvas! White rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Filho finish him?!
White is rocked!
White ducks right into an uppercut from Filho.
Oh White is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Filho misses with a wild combination.
Savio Filho seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
White shoots in looking for a takedown but Filho manages to keep the fight standing, pushing White's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Evan White. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Filho finds White's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! White flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Filho lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure White will be OK.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Savio Filho!
