Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Lukis Valec (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diaz has chosen Drug Test as his entrance music. Nick Diaz will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Richard Clark and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Valec fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
The fight stays on the outside here - Valec looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Diaz misses with a few strikes there.
Valec has managed to clinch.
Valec has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Diaz avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Valec's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

That was a close round but I would say that Lukis Valec will probably get the nod.
