Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Andy Ridge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan McCarthy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McCarthy is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Soulja Boy- Crank That. Ryan McCarthy is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ryan McCarthy!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, David Schapiro and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCarthy leaves Ridge with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
McCarthy throws a nice head kick!
Ridge wants to clinch.
McCarthy lands with a kick to the temple. Ridge shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
McCarthy moves into the clinch.
McCarthy takes an elbow to the forehead.
McCarthy is trying to break the clinch but Ridge is controlling him.
Ridge throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but McCarthy blocks it with crossed arms.
Ridge misses with an elbow over the top.
Ridge is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
McCarthy landing knees to the head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
McCarthy has Ridge pressed up against the cage in a tight Thai clinch. Ridge is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from McCarthy - that's hurt Ridge badly! Oh, another knee lands and Ridge is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Ridge doesn't seem to be complaining.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knees). Ryan McCarthy!
