The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Meyers throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Rocksalt's waist but Rocksalt gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Meyers off to one side.
Meyers dives in and grabs Rocksalt's left leg, looking for a takedown. Rocksalt pushes down on Meyers's head and hops out.
Rocksalt dives in and scores a takedown into Meyers's guard.
Meyers working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Rocksalt.

Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Meyers looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Rocksalt is defending well. Meyers quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Rocksalt has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Meyers celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
