Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Dieko Brantao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Efriam Haldi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dieko Brantao looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Haldi connects with a high kick.
Brantao moves into the clinch successfully.
Haldi takes an elbow to the temple.
With the fighters up against the cage, Brantao throws an elbow but misses.
Brantao is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Haldi is defending well for now.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Brantao wants to control from the top but Haldi keeps moving.

Haldi doesn't do any damage with a couple of strikes from the bottom.
Haldi has his foot on Brantao's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Brantao works his way back into a safe position though.
Brantao has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Brantao is posturing up here but Haldi has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Brantao tries to roll out but it's too tight and Brantao has to tap! Slick submission there by Haldi!

Efriam Haldi decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
