The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Marco Blurström and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Colombo.
Good exchange - Avalon coming out on top.
Avalon lands with a right hand.
Avalon keeps the fight on the outside.
Colombo throws a hook but Avalon avoids it easily.
Colombo misses with a few strikes there.
Avalon displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Colombo throws out the jab.
Good standup being displayed there by Avalon as he connects with a hook.
Colombo wants to clinch
letting Avalon counter with a right hand.
Colombo takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Avalon fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Colombo, pushing him back against the cage.
Avalon is looking to break free of the clinch but Colombo has double underhooks.
Avalon lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Colombo backwards.
Avalon lands with a light punch inside.
Avalon's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Jab, jab by Avalon - just one landing.
Avalon works over Colombo's head and body with a nice combination.
Colombo is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Avalon misses with a series of wild punches.

Colombo is trying hard to land a takedown here. Avalon sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Colombo plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
It looks like James Avalon has been cut.
Colombo misses with a jab, cross combination.
Colombo looks to clinch
and Avalon counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Colombo looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Avalon cracks Colombo with a right hand to the side of the head.

Colombo scores with a head kick. Avalon tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Oh Colombo is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Colombo is breathing heavily.

Colombo loses concentration momentarily and Avalon pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Colombo crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Avalon finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
