Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Alexander Mickiewicz! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bradley Fitz! The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Albert Achterberg and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mickiewicz closes the distance and clinches. Mickiewicz manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Mickiewicz gets a warning from the ref for wasting time. Fitz goes for a takedown in the clinch but Mickiewicz prevents it.

Fitz prevents Mickiewicz from breaking the clinch. Mickiewicz is pushing Fitz up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Fitz goes for a takedown attempt but Mickiewicz pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fitz shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. Mickiewicz is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Fitz can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Mickiewicz is looking to escape. Mickiewicz knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Fitz on the ground. Fitz looking for a guillotine from mount but Mickiewicz is having none of it. Fitz working for a submission but Mickiewicz is keeping him at bay. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fitz unloads with some shots from mount but Mickiewicz bucks and avoids them well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mickiewicz wants to control but Fitz is having none of it. Fitz throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Mickiewicz has his hands clasped together but Fitz breaks the hold and Mickiewicz is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Fitz!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Bradley Fitz! Bradley Fitz was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
