Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between David Ludher (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Arthur Pogi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). David Ludher could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Arthur Pogi's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, David Ludher!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Arthur Pogi!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Chris Downing and Robert Twigg.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A combination from Ludher does no damage.
Ludher thows a left - swing and a miss!

Pogi manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Ludher on his heels. He'll look to pass Ludher's guard now, I'm sure.
Pogi trying to control the position from guard on top but Ludher is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Ludher looking for a sweep. Not yet Ludher, not yet.
Ludher knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Pogi on the ground.
Pogi passes Ludher's left leg - he's now in half guard.

Ludher looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Ludher tries to get to full guard but Pogi has control of the leg.
Pogi drops an elbow to the side of Ludher's head.
Ludher missing with punches from the bottom.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Pogi connects with a nice short shot to Ludher's temple.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Ludher tries to get to full guard but Pogi has control of the leg.
Pogi lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Ludher moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.

Pogi drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Pogi jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Ludher is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Pogi is aware though and is defending well.
Pogi cracks Ludher with a solid left hand.
Ludher keeping moving, preventing Pogi from controlling successfully.
Pogi is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.

Ludher throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Pogi escapes and throws Ludher's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Ludher is breathing heavily.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Pogi advances nicely into full mount.
Pogi takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Ludher is looking to improve his position but Pogi isn't that keen on the idea.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Pogi cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Pogi trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Ludher is in a horrible position here. Pogi smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Ludher is working to get back to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Pogi is in the full mount, landing strikes.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Pogi postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Ludher in real trouble here! The ref calls for Ludher to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
