Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Isiah Acer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sazh Blaskey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Acer's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Mad at Gravity- Burn. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 6 - 1, fighting out of New York, Isiah Acer! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
15 - 9 - 1, fighting out of New York, Sazh Blaskey! The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, David Schapiro and Joseph Jones.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A swing and a miss from Blaskey. Sloppy strikes from Blaskey. Those never looked like landing. Blaskey misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Blaskey scores with a one two! Acer had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Acer misses with a straight left. Nice straight punches there by Acer. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Acer. Acer swings and misses with a hook to the body.

and Acer takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Blaskey decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Acer wants to get back to full guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Acer looking for submissions off his back. Acer wants to get back to full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Acer is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Blaskey scores with a couple of nice shots. Acer wants to get back to full guard. Well, if Blaskey is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Acer wants to sweep here but Blaskey controlling him for the moment. Acer working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Blaskey doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Blaskey manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Blaskey's corner is telling him to maintain position. Blaskey missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Blaskey postures up in Acer's guard and throws a big left but Acer blocks it. Blaskey wants to control from the top but Acer keeps moving. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Blaskey content to stall in guard here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Blaskey looking to pass the guard. Acer utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Acer had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Blaskey defends it easily. Blaskey stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Acer swivels though and keeps the full guard. Blaskey throws a big right hand that misses. Acer throws some sloppy strikes off his back.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Acer not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Blaskey trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Acer keeping moving, preventing Blaskey from controlling successfully. Acer working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Blaskey. Acer looking for a guillotine here but Blaskey defends easily.
Blaskey stands up over Acer, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Blaskey avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Blaskey pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Acer is keeping the position for now. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Sazh Blaskey dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Blaskey on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
It looks like Sazh Blaskey has been cut. Acer lands a jab. Acer fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Blaskey to the ground. Acer is now in Blaskey's guard. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Blaskey is on top in guard.
Blaskey loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Blaskey wants to pass the guard but Acer is keeping the position. Acer is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Blaskey has his hands clasped together but Acer extends an breaks Blaskey's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Acer.
