Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Urijah Faber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chase Beebe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Faber comes to the cage accompanied by California Love. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Steve Montenegro and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Beebe is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Faber fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Faber takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Faber shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Beebe defends it nicely.
Faber is breathing heavily.
Beebe clinches with his opponent.
Beebe drags the fight down to the ground.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Faber postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Beebe is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Faber, into his guard.

Beebe trying to control but Faber is working from the bottom.
Beebe stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Faber swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Faber has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Beebe can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Beebe connects with a couple of short punches.
Beebe scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Faber is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Beebe trying to control the position from guard on top but Faber is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Faber tries to escape but Beebe has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Beebe has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Faber! Can he survive? No! He's out! Beebe gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
