Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Gregory Folan and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Waddell looks to land a right hand but Sigeberht moved out of range.
Sigeberht keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Michael Waddell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Waddell's corner calls for a 1-2. Waddell obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Sigeberht takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Sigeberht slips under a jab.
Sigeberht gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
letting Waddell counter with a right hand.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Decent striking displayed by Waddell there.
Waddell feints and as Sigeberht raises his hands in defense, Waddell changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Sigeberht is rocked!
Waddell passes Sigeberht 's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Sigeberht should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Waddell works his way into full mount!
Waddell postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Sigeberht in real trouble here! The ref calls for Sigeberht to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Michael Waddell!
