The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barker connects with a single shot there.
Mondello throws a hook to the side of Barker's head but Barker sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
A right-left combo lands from Barker.
Mondello fails with a takedown attempt.
Barker leaves Mondello with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Mondello moves in looking to clinch but Barker pushes him off.
Barker lands with a nice body punch.
A head kick from Mondello lands but Barker takes it in his stride.
It looks like Billy Bob Barker has been cut.
Mondello could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Barker misses with a double jab.
Mondello fails with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Logan Mondello. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Barker shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Mondello eats them both and turns towards Barker to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Mondello misses with an uppercut
and Barker connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Mondello misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Mondello is breathing heavily.
Barker throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Barker swinging wildly here.
Mondello doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Barker moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Barker throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Mondello stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Nice body punch from Barker.
Logan Mondello seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Barker jabs Mondello right on the nose. Mondello blinks but takes it well.
Barker scores with a body shot.

Barker avoids the head kick by Mondello.
Barker connects with a jab.
Mondello is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Barker.
Barker lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Mondello drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Barker lands with a nice body punch.
Barker drops Mondello with a beautiful combination! Mondello stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Barker is looking for the KO!
Mondello is rocked!
Barker walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Mondello drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Barker swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Mondello's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
