The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Jonathan Paton and David Schapiro.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ellis fails with the takedown.
Ellis drops his hands momentarily and Wayne takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Wayne drops Ellis with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Ellis looks back up at him and smiles so Wayne waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

It looks like Mark Ellis has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Good exchange - Wayne coming out on top.

Ellis is rocked!
Wayne tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Ellis was well out of range. Poor timing from Wayne.
Ellis is trying hard to land a takedown here. Wayne sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Wayne pivots, looking for a leg kick but Ellis is out of range and Wayne settles back down.
Ellis tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Ellis takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Wayne works Ellis's body with a nice hook.
Ellis looks gassed!
Wayne lands a nice hook to Ellis's body. Ellis takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Wayne cracks Ellis with an open hand slap.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Wayne lands a jab and follows it up with a massive straight that knocks Ellis out cold! Ellis is crumpled in the corner, his head only propped up by the cage! That's one for the organiziational promos right there! Wow, what a finish!
