Garp comes to the cage accompanied by Rammstein- Liebe ist für alle da. Kelly is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Senses Fail - Bonecrusher. Storm Garp has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garp pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Kelly back to the cage. Garp follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

It looks like Kristian Kelly has been cut.
Kelly looks to land a right hand but Garp moved out of range.
Garp swings widly with a right hand

and Kelly counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Kelly.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Garp is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Kelly drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Garp dives on top into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kelly working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Garp doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Garp manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Garp wants to stand and escape but instead Kelly has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Kelly is keen to just control but Garp is a slippery customer.
