Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Mitch Heisenberg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wes Weddle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Heisenberg comes to the cage accompanied by Merchant of Death. Weddle has chosen remember the name - fort minor as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
12 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mitch Heisenberg!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
15 - 17 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Wes Weddle!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Weddle looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Weddle looks to land a right hand but Heisenberg moved out of range.
Weddle swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Heisenberg connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Weddle shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Weddle moves forwards but Heisenberg connects with a nice, crisp jab.
It looks like Wes Weddle has been cut.
Heisenberg stuffs the takedown attempt from Weddle. Weddle gets slowly back to his feet.
Heisenberg avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Weddle stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Heisenberg.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Heisenberg lands a big head kick that sends Weddle tumbling to the mat! Heisenberg takes a step backwards and waves Weddle back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Weddle is rocked!
Heisenberg throws a powerful right kick. Weddle tried to block low but the kick was high! Weddle was taken right off of his feet! Heisenberg jumps in to finish the job and the ref tackles him! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Mitch Heisenberg!
After the fight, Mitch Heisenberg was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
