Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alexander The Great One (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Harry Stamper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys are coming into the fight with injuries so let's see if that has a bearing on the fight. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The Great One throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Stamper tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. The Great One is in Stamper's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

The Great One jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Stamper walks away with a smile on his face. The Great One gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
The Great One shoots for a double leg takedown but Stamper sprawls well. He's pushed The Great One's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Stamper shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Stamper was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Stamper goes for an armbar but he's not got it… The Great One turns into him and now he's in Stamper's guard.

Both fighters are breathing heavily.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Stamper closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
