Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Aamos Berg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Scott Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Smith has chosen Go Hard or Go Home as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, James Glass and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Berg avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Berg changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Smith tries to avoid it but Berg manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Smith to the ground. Smith escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
A telegraphed right hand from Smith misses the target.
Berg shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Smith as he avoids it easily.
Smith gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Berg to score an easy takedown into full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Smith can do anything to dispel that myth.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Smith tries to kick Berg off in order to stand up. Berg Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
Berg is looking to take a break and control but Smith is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Smith seems a little lost for a moment, as Berg dominates the positioning.
Berg has an Americana. Smith didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Berg is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Berg hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
