Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Falcao Chuteboxe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mitsuyo Maeda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Falcao Chuteboxe! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Mitsuyo Maeda! The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Emerson Jorge and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Chuteboxe shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Chuteboxe showed some decent athleticism there. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Maeda wants to control but Chuteboxe is keeping busy and won't allow it. The fighters are battling for position here. Maeda manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Chuteboxe thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Maeda has control of Chuteboxe's left arm, preventing Chuteboxe from doing any damage. Chuteboxe drops back looking for a leg! Maeda is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Maeda manages to kick Chuteboxe off! Chuteboxe jumps back into Maeda's guard. Maeda escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Chuteboxe gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Maeda working for a triangle but Chuteboxe defends it easily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Chuteboxe drops back, looking for a kneebar! Maeda looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Maeda looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Maeda!
That's one minute gone in the round. Maeda looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Maeda is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Chuteboxe knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Chuteboxe struggling a bit here. Chuteboxe manages to get back to half guard. Maeda is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Chuteboxe sees it coming and defends easily. Chuteboxe trying to control from the bottom.

Chuteboxe is staying active underneath Maeda, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Maeda might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Chuteboxe kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Chuteboxe wants to get back to full guard. Maeda is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Chuteboxe is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
