Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

15 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Donnie Holnick!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Marco Blurström and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Holnick fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Silva Jr avoids the body shot from Holnick.
Holnick gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Silva Jr ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Holnick throws a leg kick
and Silva Jr counters with an inside leg kick.

and Silva Jr counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Holnick thinking.
Holnick looks gassed!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Silva Jr swings for the body but Holnick moves out of range.
Holnick on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Silva Jr scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Silva Jr cracks Holnick with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Holnick looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Silva Jr finish him?
Holnick is rocked!
Silva Jr scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Holnick is still on wobbly legs! Can Silva Jr finish him?
Silva Jr feints and then cracks Holnick's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Holnick down.
Silva Jr lands a nice shot to the body.
Holnick ducks into an uppercut from Silva Jr and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Wanderlei Silva Jr!
