Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Peter Jensen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cobb Nash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nash has chosen Dry the River as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Peter Jensen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Cobb Nash! The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Alexandre Firmino and Mauricio Rocha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jensen scores with a jab to the body. Nash takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
It looks like Cobb Nash has been cut. Jensen dives in and grabs Nash's left leg, looking for a takedown. Nash pushes down on Jensen's head and hops out. A right-left combo lands from Nash.
It looks like Peter Jensen has been cut. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Nash wants to clinch. Peter Jensen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Nash connects with a jab. Jensen throws out a loose jab but Nash uses good head movement to avoid it. Nash shoots in looking for a takedown. Jensen tries to sprawl out of it but Nash keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Jensen manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Jensen closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Nash did well to prevent Jensen getting side control. Nash controlling the position for now.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jensen with the ground and pound but Nash uses the opportunity to regain guard. Jensen passes easily into side control. Nice work. Nash defending against the ground and pound. Nash tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Jensen wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Jensen working away. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Jensen throws an elbow but Nash slips to the side and avoids it well. Jensen misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Jensen misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Jensen is staying tight to Nash's torso, preventing him from escaping. Nash tries to buck Jensen off but Jensen is having none of it. Jensen has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Jensen wants to control but Nash is keeping him busy. Jensen misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Nash is trying to improve his position. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Nash manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Jensen tries to get to full guard but Nash has control of the leg. Jensen controlling the position for now. Jensen tries to roll over but Nash keeps him under control.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Jensen lands with a shot to the body. Jensen decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Nash is staying active underneath Jensen, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Jensen throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Nash avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Jensen. Jensen is looking to take a break and control but Nash is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Nash tries to get to full guard but Jensen has control of the leg. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Jensen lands a nice short elbow. Nash blocking the ground and pound attempt from Jensen. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Peter Jensen dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Jensen throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Nash throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Jensen. Jensen throws a good cross that connects.
Jensen just misses with a punch to the body.
Jensen throws a body punch but Nash moves out of range. Jensen throws a jab but it's blocked by Nash. Nash misses with a head kick.
Jensen lands with an uppercut that bounces Nash off the ropes and back into range. Jensen throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Nash misses with a wild body shot. Nash avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Nash shoots in looking for a takedown but Jensen manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Nash's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Nash just misses with a punch to the body.
Peter Jensen is winning the standup battle so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jensen swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Jensen comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Nash is breathing heavily. Nash on the wrong end of a nice hook. Jensen scores with a sloppy right hand. Nash should have avoided that one. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Jensen throws a hook to the side of Nash's head but Nash sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. A punch lands to the side of Nash 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Nash is rocked! Jensen walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Nash drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Jensen swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Nash's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Peter Jensen!
