Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Puma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Willabee Raggs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Johnny Puma!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Willabee Raggs !
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Shirou Masuda and Ren Mimura.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Puma lands a jab to Raggs 's midsection.
Raggs throws a shot from downtown. Puma moves away and avoids it.
Puma listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.


It looks like Willabee Raggs has been cut.

Puma darts in and out, connecting with a jab.

Raggs shoots in for a double leg but Puma sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Puma paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Raggs will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Raggs shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Johnny Puma has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Willabee Raggs .

Raggs throws some wild stikes that Puma manages to avoid easily.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Raggs stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Puma swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Raggs is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Raggs lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.


It looks like Johnny Puma has been cut.
Puma knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Raggs on the ground.
Puma has Raggs pulled in close to control his posture.
Raggs pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Puma is keeping the position for now.
Raggs trying to control the position from guard on top but Puma is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Raggs throws a strike but Puma rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Puma wants to stand but Raggs has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Raggs looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Puma stands up from Raggs 's guard - Puma perhaps looking for a knockout.
Raggs shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Puma checks a leg kick.
Puma connects with a single shot there.
Raggs moves out of range of the strikes.
Raggs tries for a takedown but Puma sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Puma throws a series of punches but Raggs moves out of range.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Raggs closes this distance looking for a takedown but Puma circles away.

Raggs avoids a punch combination nicely.

Puma takes the fight into the clinch.

Puma presses Raggs against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.

Puma stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Puma creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Puma pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Puma with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Puma throws a left and a right that both miss
and Raggs cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Puma gets caught flat footed, as Raggs shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Puma has control of Raggs 's left arm, preventing Raggs from doing any damage.
Raggs has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Puma's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Puma has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Raggs off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.

Puma swings for the body but Raggs moves out of range.
Raggs tries to clinch but Puma moves away
and Puma connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.


That has opened up Willabee Raggs 's cut even more.
Puma throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Puma misses with an uppercut.
Raggs takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Puma throws a body punch but Raggs moves out of range.
Nice jab there from Puma.
Raggs looks to throw the jab but Puma is out of range.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Puma tries to clinch but Raggs is having none of it.
Puma misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Raggs .
Raggs misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Johnny Puma dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!


Raggs takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Puma throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Good shot there by Puma.
A combination from Raggs does no damage.
Raggs uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Puma.
Puma walks forward and throws a big overhand right! Raggs drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes! Puma swarms on him with more punches until the referee wrestles him away from Raggs 's unconscious body! Wow, that was brutal!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:49 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Johnny Puma!
A very excited looking Johnny Puma made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
