Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Christian De Ertu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Atwood (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Atwood is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Kanye West-Gold Digger. Ryan Atwood is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Atwood throws a shot from downtown. De Ertu moves away and avoids it.

De Ertu has control of Atwood's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Atwood regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Atwood turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Atwood manages to end up in side control.

De Ertu is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Atwood's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Atwood's back!
De Ertu really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Atwood.
De Ertu will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

That was a close second round but I would say that Christian De Ertu will probably get the nod.
