The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Shigeki Sano and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gomez doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Ragay counters with a takedown into side control.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Gomez tries to buck Ragay off but Ragay is having none of it.
Ragay decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Ragay wants to clinch.
Gomez fails with a takedown attempt.
Ragay has a takedown stuffed.

and Ragay counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Ragay.

Ragay pushes Gomez back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Ragay advances to mount.
Ragay stands up from mount. Strange move.
Ragay shoots in for a takedown. He's got it... He's hoisted his opponent over his head and is carrying him over to the other end of the mat. The crowd roars in approval and Ragay slams his opponent to the mat. OH, that is naaaaaasty! He's out! Ragay lands a punch to his unconscious victim for good measure before the ref has time to call the fight.
