Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Thracian Spartacus!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Patrick Prototype!
The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Skip Squint and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Prototype closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Spartacus's guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Spartacus controls Prototype momentarily but Prototype frees himself.
Spartacus working a defensive guard but Prototype manages to pass into side control anyway.
Prototype landing strikes.
Spartacus knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Prototype on the ground.
Prototype stands up and beckons Spartacus to his feet.
Prototype gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Spartacus missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Prototype is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Spartacus rolls with it to try and escape but Prototype cranks on the arm and Spartacus is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
