Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
LoveCraft changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
A head kick misses from LoveCraft.
LoveCraft defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Ellis.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Ellis gets a trip takedown into half guard.

Ellis blocks the strikes from LoveCraft.
Ellis looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks LoveCraft with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Ellis is taking a breather. LoveCraft says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
LoveCraft scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Ellis manages to mount him!

LoveCraft tries to reverse the position but Ellis maintains control.
LoveCraft wants to hold on but Ellis pushes him away.
Ellis tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
LoveCraft tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Ellis is in the full mount, landing strikes.
Ellis content just to control the position here.
LoveCraft really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ellis. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
LoveCraft is just holding on here. Ellis manages to take his back.

Ellis is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish.

LoveCraft is covering up but some of the strikes from Ellis are getting through and doing damage.

Ellis lands a punch that was close to the back of the head but the ref thinks it's OK.
Ellis is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
LoveCraft rolls, trying to escape but Ellis keeps control of the position.
Ellis is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. LoveCraft has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Ellis has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! LoveCraft taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Ellis doesn't care though - he's delighted!
