Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between James Lytle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Richard Nixon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nixon is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by The Upsetters - Dread Lion. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lytle takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Nixon lands a jab to Lytle's midsection.
Nixon throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Nixon stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Nixon wants it to stay on the feet.
Lytle slips under a jab from Nixon.
Lytle throws a series of punches but Nixon moves out of range.
Lytle goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.

Nixon takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Lytle looks to land a combination but Nixon avoids it well.
Nixon throws a leg kick which misses Lytle's front leg but catches the back leg as Lytle tries to avoid it.
Nixon's jab looks to have found its range, popping Lytle under the eye.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Lytle looks to throw the jab but Nixon is out of range.

and Nixon counters with a lovely shot to the body.

Oh Lytle is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Nixon digs a right hand into Lytle's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Lytle's gas tank.

Nixon drops Lytle onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Lytle is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
Nixon gets through Lytle's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Nixon creates a bit of distance and cracks Lytle with a massive left hook! Lytle crumples out of camera shot, completely unconscious! He's been Nelmarked! Nixon stares at him for a moment then struts over to his corner, victorious.

Richard Nixon spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
