Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Maunu Tua (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and King Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). King Jones struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 206.0lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. King Jones told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Jones's corner calls for a 1-2. Jones obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Tua ducks under a wild hook from Jones.
Jones looks to land a left hand but Tua moved out of range nicely.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!

King Jones seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

That was a close round but I would say that Maunu Tua will probably get the nod.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Jones uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Tua.
Jones throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Tua on the side of the head.
Tua looks to throw the jab but Jones is out of range.
Jones cracks Tua with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Jones takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Jones is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

That was a close second round but I would say that Maunu Tua will probably get the nod.
