A looping hook to the body misses from Balboa. Q does a little dance to reset his feet.

Q drops back, looking for a kneebar! Balboa looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Balboa looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Balboa!

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Q is on top in guard.

Balboa wants to clinch up but Q keeps it at a distance.

Q shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Balboa sprawls well. Balboa wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Q gets slowly back to his feet.

Q moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Balboa has worked his arm free - good work by Balboa!

Q thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Balboa is trying to get back to half guard.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. And we move into the final round!

Balboa missing with a left hand there. Q was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Q tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Q has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Q goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Balboa has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Q but great work by Balboa.

Balboa has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Q to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Balboa is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Q pulls down on the head and he's put Balboa to sleep! This one is all over!
