Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jatju Etji (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jon Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Coming Home. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Etji walks into a stiff left hand from Jones.
Jones throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Jones stalks Etji and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Etji's face. Etji staggers backwards, shaken.
Etji shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jones but Jones pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Etji tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Jones paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Etji shoots for a double leg takedown but Jones sprawls well. He's pushed Etji's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Etji changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jones tries to avoid it but Etji manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jones to the ground. Jones escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Jon Jones comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Jones has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Jon Jones opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
