And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ryan Hamilton!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Hamilton is defended easily by Koch.
Hamilton shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Koch stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Koch wants it to stay on the feet.
Eric Koch has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ryan Hamilton.
Koch displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Hamilton.
Hamilton shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Hamilton wants to take the fight to the mat but Koch manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Koch with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
Koch dips a shoulder and cracks Hamilton with a mighty uppercut! Hamilton falls back against the cage and Koch unloads with a barrage of strikes! Hamilton is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Koch screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:44 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Eric Koch!
