The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robinson feints and as Voorhees raises his hands in defense, Robinson changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Voorhees is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Robinson is aware though and is defending well.
Robinson looking to sit in guard and control but Voorhees gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Voorhees slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Voorhees trying to control but Robinson is working from the bottom.
Robinson wants to sweep but no luck.
Robinson pulls Voorhees in close to prevent any damage.
Robinson avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
OK we're going to have a standup here. PJ Robinson hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Robinson fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Voorhees, pushing him back against the cage.
Robinson jumps guard but Voorhees turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Robinson drags the fight down to the ground.
Voorhees is pushing down on Robinson's leg trying to pass to half guard. Robinson is fighting to maintain full guard but Voorhees has managed to sneak the leg through.
Voorhees works his foot free and advances to mount.
Voorhees tries to control but Robinson wriggling away.
Voorhees looking to ground and pound but Robinson is blocking nicely.

Robinson in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Voorhees will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Even with his hooks in, Voorhees manages to miss with strikes from the back.
Voorhees wants to control but Robinson is keeping busy.
Voorhees has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Robinson is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Voorhees off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Voorhees is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Robinson defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Robinson trying to control the position but Voorhees manages to sink in the hooks.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Voorhees is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Robinson knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Robinson for a finish.
Robinson has hold of Voorhees's leg, trying to break free but it's let Voorhees lock up a rear naked choke! This could be big trouble! Robinson is turning an unusual color here… he's out! Voorhees throws him to one side and jumps onto the cage to celebrate with his fans.
