Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kid Vera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Peekay Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Vera might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to You are just a JOKE!. Williams is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Noise Won't Stop. This should be a great matchup!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vera is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Williams shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Vera eats them both and turns towards Williams to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Williams is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Vera looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Williams!
Vera wants to control the pace but Williams is squirming around nicely.

Vera takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Williams can do anything to dispel that myth.

Williams's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

Vera has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
