The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Levitt tries to sprawl but Nomurokai drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Nomurokai working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Levitt's thigh. Levitt counters though and makes it back to full guard.
Levitt can't keep his opponent in guard - Nomurokai advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Nomurokai keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.

Nomurokai is looking for a kimura here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Levitt looks like he's trying to stand up.

Nomurokai content to control rather than advance.
Nomurokai looking to pass the half guard. Not this time.
Still in half guard, Nomurokai seems content to control.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Simija Nomurokai wasn't doing enough on the ground.

Nomurokai fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Levitt to the ground. Nomurokai is now in Levitt's guard.
Nomurokai is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Nomurokai could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Nomurokai tries to free his leg and advance position but Levitt is retaining full guard.
Nomurokai slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Simija Nomurokai just wasn't active enough.
Levitt misses with the combination.

Levitt has taken the fight to the clinch.

Nomurokai ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Nomurokai no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Levitt won't allow Nomurokai to sweep him here.
Nomurokai pulls Levitt in close to his closed guard and prevents Levitt from doing any damage or advancing position.

Nomurokai pushes a forearm under Levitt's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Levitt is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
