Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kapitan Tutan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dmitry Breznev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Breznev has chosen Mother Russia as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

11 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Dmitry Breznev! The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Robert Douchet and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Breznev shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Tutan sprawls well. Tutan wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Breznev gets slowly back to his feet. Breznev scores with a body shot.
Good work by Tutan as he checks the leg kick. Breznev shoots in but no luck this time. Breznev throws a shot from downtown. Tutan moves away and avoids it. Breznev keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
No luck for Breznev with that takedown attempt. Kapitan Tutan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dmitry Breznev. Tutan ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Breznev does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tutan gets a takedown into half guard. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Tutan is looking to stall here but Breznev recovers full guard. Tutan seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Breznev looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Tutan throws an elbow that misses. Breznev uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Tutan's guard. Nice move by Breznev! Tutan escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Breznev gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Tutan has his foot on Breznev's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Breznev works his way back into a safe position though. Breznev stands up and waves to Tutan to follow him. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Breznev shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Breznev really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Tutan. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Breznev has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Tutan is proving hard to escape from. Breznev is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first. Tutan working for a triangle but Breznev defends it easily.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Tutan is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Tutan has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Breznev can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Breznev trying to stand up but can't free himself from Tutan's guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Tutan manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Tutan fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Breznev to the ground. Tutan is now in Breznev's guard. Tutan trying to control the position from guard on top but Breznev is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Tutan loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Tutan stopping the sweep attempt from Breznev. Tutan throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Breznev works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Breznev wants to get up but he can't break Tutan's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Tutan looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Breznev passes into half guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Breznev takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Breznev throws out a powerful jab. Breznev slips under a jab. Tutan gets a double leg takedown into Breznev's guard. Kapitan Tutan overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Dmitry Breznev has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Breznev closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Tutan to the mat! Tutan manages to get full guard. Breznev preventing the sweep. Tutan is looking for a triangle here but Breznev uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Tutan is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Breznev off and has taken his back! Breznev tries to roll but Tutan sticks to his back.

This has been an exciting period of action! Tutan is throwing shots to the body but Breznev manages to wriggle free. Tutan pounces on him again and ends up in Breznev's guard. Breznev seems keen to control Tutan's posture. Breznev working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Tutan. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Tutan pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Breznev is keeping the position for now. Tutan drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Tutan jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Kapitan Tutan will probably get the nod. That's time! Back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Tutan throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Breznev sees it coming and avoids it easily. Tutan takes a swing at Breznev's ribcage but misses. Breznev has his takedown stuffed and Tutan counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Tutan decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Tutan looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Breznev is staying active underneath Tutan, who seems content to just control the action from this position. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Tutan is looking to stall here but Breznev recovers full guard. Tutan is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tutanis looking to pass into half guard but Breznev pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Breznev is in guard. Breznev stands and steps away. Tutan gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Breznev tries for a takedown but Tutan sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Breznev with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Tutan ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Tutan connects with a looping right hand.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Tutan in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time. Tutan working the ground and pound but Breznev is defending the strikes. Breznev prevents Tutan from improving position. Tutan looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Tutan landing strikes. Tutan in side control lands a decent elbow. Tutan is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Breznev is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Tutan working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Dmitry Breznev has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tutan is looking to take a break and control but Breznev is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Tutan throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage. Tutan landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Tutan landing a few strikes. The strikes coming from Tutan are missing the target in this wave of attacks. Breznev is positioning himself to get back to half guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Tutan thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
And that's the end of the fight! Kapitan Tutan showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Tutan, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
