Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jack Daniels (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Reid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jack Daniels!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Paul Reid!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Donatello Bradman and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Reid tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Daniels manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Daniels lands a jab.
Reid misses with a combination
and Daniels counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Reid tries to clinch but Daniels moves out of range.
Reid lands a head kick. Daniels smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Reid swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Daniels counters with a straight right hand.
Daniels takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Daniels throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Reid gets caught napping as Daniels dives in and scores a takedown. Reid manages to retain guard.
Daniels drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Daniels jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Daniels controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Daniels forces his way into half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Daniels moves into full mount! Reid won't be happy about that!
Reid is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Reid tries to hold on but Daniels postures up.
Daniels landing strikes from the mount.
Daniels lands a nice shot to the head.
Daniels unloading with bombs!
Daniels breaks from Reid's wrist control and lands an elbow.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Daniels landing punches.
Reid is rocked!
Reid should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Daniels lands a big shot to the head and Reid winces in pain. He's tapped out due to strikes!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Jack Daniels!
