Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jiri Hyvonen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andy A (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hyvonen kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is One Morning Left - Jack The Flipper (Where's My Bodyguard?). A has chosen Drowning Pool - All over me as his entrance music. Andy A will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A takes the fight into the clinch.
Hyvonen is pressed up against the cage. A has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Hyvonen down to the mat. Hyvonen avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Andy A seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

A forces Hyvonen back against the cage and clinches.

A is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Hyvonen fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. A sprawls well initially but Hyvonen persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
