Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Carmine Rose (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Lowrey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rose kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is Red Hot Chili Peppers- Can't Stop. Lowrey has chosen Inner Circle - Bad Boys as his entrance music. Mike Lowrey acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the ring.

The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Reed Andrews and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rose comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Lowrey throws a jab but it's blocked by Rose.
Rose throws a right and a left that both miss.
Rose staying out of range there.
Rose on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Carmine Rose seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Rose fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Lowrey sprawls well initially but Rose persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

and Rose counters with a nice low kick that buckles Lowrey's knee momentarily.

Rose looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Lowrey connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Rose's hands.
