Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lord Humungus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Spenser May (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Humungus kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genuis that is My Speech. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lord Humungus!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Spenser May!
The judges for this bout are Jonathan Paton, Chad Campbell and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big right from May misses.
May misses with a jab, cross combination.
Humungus walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. May checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Humungus closes the distance and lands a one-two.
May tries a head kick but it misses.
May drops Humungus with a right and a left! May comes rushing in but Humungus regains his composure and manages to keep May in guard.
Humungus is rocked!
May trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Oh Humungus is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
May wanted to stand there but Humungus had control of the position.
Humungus wants to sweep but no luck.
Humungus is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Humungus seems to have got his legs back now.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
May tries to stand but Humungus is controlling from the bottom.
Humungus throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
May wants to control from the top but Humungus keeps moving.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
May lands with a nice combination. Humungus backs away looking to recover.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Humungus tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Humungus avoids a punch combination nicely.
May throws a head kick but Humungus moves out of range.
May pulls out of a head kick attempt.
May looks gassed!
Humungus gets a clinch.
Humungus has had enough of the clinch but May keeps him there for the moment.
Humungus ties up his opponent against the ropes and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Humungus no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
May is looking to stand up but Humungus won't let him.
Humungus looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
May wanted to stand there but Humungus had control of the position.
Humungus looking for a triangle here. May is fighting it but it looks tight! Humungus pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, May is tapping out - this one is all over!
