Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Dylan Peterson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Oli Faze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Faze is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Been To Hell. Oli Faze will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dylan Peterson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Oli Faze! The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Stewart Dunkirk and Gwen Towbar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Peterson closes the distance and pushes Faze back into the cage. Peterson is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body. Peterson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Faze tries a head kick but it misses.

Peterson scores with a takedown into Faze's guard. Faze looks gassed! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Peterson works a leg free and moves into half guard. Peterson knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Faze on the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round. Peterson is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Peterson wants to control but Faze is keeping him busy. Peterson working the head and body with strikes. Faze looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Peterson looking for a submission but Faze manages to get full guard, putting an end to that submission attempt.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Peterson is stalling in the full guard. Faze avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Peterson working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Faze's head. Peterson trying to control but Faze is working from the bottom. Peterson is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Faze is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Dylan Peterson. Faze misses with a double jab.
Oli Faze seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Faze misses with the combination.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Peterson darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Faze looking to work for a kimura from the bottom. Peterson is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Faze defends it well. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Faze misses with a two punch combination.

Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Peterson.
Peterson rushes Faze and presses him up against the cage. Peterson utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body. Peterson tries to land a knee to the head but Faze blocks with his arms.

Peterson has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Peterson stands up from Faze's guard - Peterson perhaps looking for a knockout. Peterson misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Peterson is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Faze. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Peterson gets a double leg takedown into Faze's guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Peterson throws a strike but Faze rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Faze stops Peterson from standing up. Faze gets to his feet - Peterson follows without any prompting. Faze throws a nice head kick!

That's four minutes gone in the round. Peterson throws an elbow that misses. Faze uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Peterson's guard. Nice move by Faze! Faze drops back looking for a leg! Peterson is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Peterson manages to kick Faze off! Faze jumps back into Peterson's guard. Peterson had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Faze defends it easily. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Faze missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Dylan Peterson showed his dominance in that final round. Well Peterson has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
